Lady working was incredibly friendly and helpful with answering our questions. She was so kind and happy to help us, very knowledgeable too. We purchased a strained and a insulated mug. Really good quality and reasonable price, definitely recommend visiting this store if you love your tea!

So if you're a young female shopping by yourself be prepared to be ignored!
